“Guitars by Trevor”

Trevor Haynes has been hand carving guitars for years. So what- a lot of people make guitars? Well these are not the average guitars, nor are they average size, either! These are miniature replicas of electric guitars and basses. Each one is hand crafted from GIBSON© wood and are designed to look exactly like some of the most unique guitars, that have ever been created! Every one has its own custom ‘ROVERT’ headstock, bridge and tuners. They come equipped with the best hand-carved wooden pickups in the business, volume/ tone knobs, strings and some of them even include miniature on/off switches. The detailed craftsmanship that goes into the making of each one of these unique guitars adds to their ambiance, making them one of a kind. They look SO realistic, you will be tempted to try and plug them in and play a few chords!

As an Austin native, Trevor has been carving guitars since he was a teenager and the first instrument he ever made was actually a violin. The first mini guitars he made, resembled the guitars played by the thrash metal band SLAYER. Trevor went to meet the band and upon showing them his creations, they were so impressed that they each signed their own replicated axe and then told him to let them know if he ever decided to make any more… And the rest is history!

SLAYER is not the only band to appreciate these little masterpieces! These amazing replicas have even managed to catch the eye of a few legendary guitar gurus, as well! George Lynch of LYNCHMOB, Blackie Lawless of W.A.S.P., Derek Taylor of OVERKILL,(who actually purchased two of them), have all signed their own signature versions! Zakk Wylde of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY signed a copy of his Signature ‘Target’ Series. Dee Snider of TWISTED SISTER, was so amazed at his mini, that he wanted to know in depth about the construction aspects of the guitar before he signed his! Drummer Vinnie Paul of PANTERA, signed a ‘Dimebag Series’ signature model, that was especially created in order to honor his beloved brother and fellow bandmate, ‘DimebagDarrel Abbott. RIP
