If there is one thing that can be said about SLAYER fans, it is that they are loyal to their cause! Fans around the globe have always shown their ultimate love for these long haired metalheads from California. With a fan base ranging in the millions, it is easy to see why SLAYER loves their fans so much!!
Jeff Hanneman was one of the founding members of the band. Together with guitarist, Kerry King and bassist Tom Araya, they formed what is still today known as the hardest, fastest, speed metal group there has ever been!! Sadly, in an unfortunate turn of events on May 2, 2013, Jeff Hanneman passed away, leaving SLAYER to mourn the loss of their close friend and fellow band mate, as well as leaving their fans to mourn their beloved guitarist.
In an effort to pay homage to one of the greatest guitarists of all times, faithful fans have started a petition requesting that, HEINEKEN (Hanneman’s favorite beer), produce a Special Edition bottle, to celebrate his legacy and honor the memory of the great, Jeff Hanneman.

I’m a heavy drinker, and guitar player. This is a bad idea. I always tell my wife that I should sue Old Style (the beer I drink), for making me an alcoholic. Why give them ideas.
